PCS – Vertical Slicer for Single slice, on weight and on thickness
Ideal to slice fresh, positive temperature products or crust frozen ones (up to a 2mm crust). Launched at CibusTec 2023, PCS is the new vertical slicer designed to get perfect weight/thickness-controlled slices, according to the recipe settings.
Get an optimized result, even when dealing with irregularly shaped products: PCS is able to divide the product in different sections with customized slicing parameters.
Set in line with our ATF (Automatic Tray Filling System), PCS allows fro high slicing of weight/thickness-controlled portions ready to be automatically positioned into trays.
