We are proud to say that Grasselli will be attending IFFA 2025, the global leading trade Fair for technology for meat and alternative proteins.
Discovering the next level of performance
This year, IFFA will concentrate on key topics such as increasing performance, refining work processes, boosting efficiency, and automating production.
How can the performance of machines and systems in the meat and protein processing industry be significantly improved? The introduction of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and sensor technology is creating new opportunities for the food industry, promising improvements in productivity.
Please join us. We will be glad to show you how to automate your production process by implementing our new in-line smart slicing technologies.
Grasselli meets automation and flexibility
During the last three years, we hardly worked in finding the best solutions, delivering automated and flexible options tailored to our customers’ unique needs.
Come, visit us at Hall 12.0 Booth C70, we look forward to meeting you. The following line is one of the examples we will be showcased:
PAD + KSL DV + ATF: TRAY FILLING LINE TOTALLY AUTOMATED
AUTOMATION: This solution allows for the production of trays on weight controlled.
FLEXIBILITY: When the weight target is not required, the PAD can be disconnected and will function as a standard in-feed conveyor to KSL-DV.
1. PAD
Our latest version of PAD (Product Analysis Device) is a plug-and-play belt equipped with a scanning system that enables the KSL DV to operate as a horizontal slicer with weight control. This function is integrated directly into the KSL DV as a standard feature of the machine. According to the recipe setting, the out-of-specs products will be discharged.
2. KSL DV
Once received all the data, KSL DV decides how many blades to use to get the best target result.
3. ATF
A retractable belt (BRG) is designed to set up the product for various potential recipients, including trays, flatboards, conveyor surfaces, and more. In this configuration, we opted for the tray option. ATF places then all the slice packages into trays.
4. OPERATOR BELT
At the end of the line an operator belt is placed for quality check and/or tray content adjustment
Come in Frankfurt, we will be talking about our new smart technologies, specifically designed to address the varying requirements of our clients, from the most basic to the most complex projects. Our expert team will be waiting for you!
