CWS300
The new CWS300 is smaller, but just as efficient and precise: our Controlled Weight Slicers are the only machines of their kind to use a volumetric system which allows weight accuracy with a tolerance of +/- 2gr and a cutting capacity of up to 10,000 slices per hour.
MS600
The latest entry in our range of skinning and derinding machines, the MS serie delivers extreme productivity and precision, as well as complete operator safety: near to zero waste, fast and tool-less blade change, adjustable blade pitch and our one and only wireless safety system, combined, take performance to the next level.
KSL400
One of Grasselli’s most famous horizontal slicers, the KSL offers a minimum slice thickness of 2,5mm and a cutting capacity of over 2000 kg/hour. Ideal on its own or integrated into totally automated production lines.
