“From the market standard KSL, to the next step in Horizontal Slicing: KSL DV”
Is it possible to achieve zero-waste slicing? Can technology get past grading and mechanical adjustments?
KSL DV is the new Grasselli Zero-waste Horizontal Slicer, able to autonomously decide how many blades to use to get the maximum yield out of the product, according to the specifications defined by the recipe. The target can be set in thickness in mm or as a percentage of the incoming product, delivering equal thickness slices or different thickness slices in complete flexibility, allowing for the absolute best performance.
Held by Harry Verdonk and Giuseppe Melioli, this webinar highlights the main challenges when slicing poultry breast in thickness and will showcase a unique opportunity to get higher yield, better quality and lower waste, with a return of investment of just a few months.
